. A fifty percent deposit is required at signing of the contract.
2. Full payment is required ten business days before event.
3. Heavenly Weddings by Heather has the sole discretion in the selecting the staff to fulfill their services. Requests
for certain staff will be accommodated as much as possible but is not guaranteed unless verified in writing.
4. If this agreement is canceled by the Purchaser less than eight weeks before the above stated date of event, the Purchaser
forfeits all payment made to Heavenly Weddings by Heather. If canceled before the eight weeks Purchaser forfeits a thirty
percent retainer and if there is a balance remaining, the remainder will be refunded.
5. Additional charges may be assessed for unusual circumstances not included in this agreement, or if any changes are made
to the conditions listed above.
6. Purchaser will inform Heavenly Weddings by Heather of any concerns on our services via phone and written communications
such as fax, letter, or e-mail promptly so as to allow changes to be in a timely matter as to result is a satisfactory experience
with our company.
7. There will not be any discounts made to package D and or B, even if specific services are not needed.
